There&#8217;s no way of avoiding this plateau if you do not deceive your metabolism.</p>
<p>You most likely have already reached the plateau at least once&#8211;in fact, it has most likely caused a frustrating end to more than one diet program. This is an unusual thing that takes place to even the most successful dieters sometime close to the third or fourth week of the diet they have selected. Up to that moment, the weight drops off and then it just stops and absolutely nothing you do can get your body to get rid of more weight. This is the way your body reacts to the adjustments that you&#8217;ve made. Your body decelerates your metabolism when you arrive at this point since it wants to protect you from accidental starvation. What this does, then, is prevent your body from losing any more excess fat.</p>
<p>That is why people stop trying to lose weight because, this plateau keeps them from thinking that doing so is achievable. This is just what causes a lot of people to start eating again and they typically gain back more weight than they lost to begin with. The way to stop this is to choose a diet where your calories merely get shifted. What you really are trying to do is eat a different number of calories every day, which is supposed to deceive your metabolism. If this works on your body it will not go into &#8220;protective&#8221; mode. This helps to keep your body&#8217;s metabolism working, instead of slowing down, and your body continues to drop some weight. As you reach this point, you have passed the plateau and your diet will continue to work the way that it was meant to.</p>
<p>It is pretty simple and easy to integrate this type of plan into your day to day life. One of the most well-known techniques of calorie cycling is the 14 day method. This program goes for a couple weeks, where you do the standard plan for 11 days, and then 3 days where you actually eat what you want. You switch your foods each day, deceiving your metabolism, and for three day eat what you want, stopping the plateau. This really is pretty handy in keeping you on course with the more stringent dieting programs. You can actually keep on doing these 14 days repeatedly until you are happy with your weight loss.</p>
<p>The 2 day plan is yet another way, where you eat regularly for one day, and the other day you reduce your calories by 20% to 35%. Keep on repeating the process for as long as it takes you to achieve a satisfactory level of weight loss. It&#8217;s a program that you should try, as it may be exactly what can get you past your plateau, to where you will lose all the weight you&#8217;d like.</p>

Under the Responsible Service of Alcohol you should not serve alcohol to someone who is already drunk. There are a number of things you can look for if you think someone has already had enough to drink.</p>
<p>You can tell someone may be intoxicated by observing their physical behavior and how they are moving around. Knocking over furniture, bumping into things, falling asleep while sitting, clumsy gestures and uncoordinated movements are all show a person might have drank too much alcohol. Similarly, if they are unable to pay for their drink by dropping money and being unable to pick up coins or notes, then this too indicates they might be intoxicated.</p>
<p>There are also some behavioral signs that show a person may have drunk too much alcohol. If a person is making inappropriate sexual advances to members of the opposite sex then that is usually an obvious sign of an intoxicate person. Also if you notice that someone is showing aggression, belligerence, agitation and being argumentative then there is chance they might be drunk.</p>
<p>The ability to speak clearly is affected when someone is intoxicated, so it is important for you to watch this part of their behavior. A drunk person would likely be holding a rambling conversation, that is incomprehensible to others, and they also would be likely to have slurred and even speech patterns. Also, they would be likely to speak either too loud or too softy for the environment they are in, and their volume might go up and down for no real reason at all.</p>
<p>By watching how a person is acting, speaking and behaving you can make a good guess whether they are intoxicated. Of course it is difficult to know for sure whether they are in fact drunk, but by knowing the signs to look for, you are in a good position to do your job properly under the responsible service of alcohol laws.</p>
